About Abloom Farm

Abloom is owned by 2 business partners, Katy Rowe and Dale Stenbroten. After 30 years of being photographers, they have experienced countless venues and have always longed to create their own. When they found Abloom Farm, they knew: this is the place.

You’ll find Katy touring prospective couples around the venue, hard at work in the garden, or feeding her beloved chickens only the best organic fruits and vegetables. Dale will help you with everything you need before your stay, often handy-manning around the property making sure everything is in tip top shape at Abloom.

Experience The Art of Slow Living

When you’re here you’ll experience a beautiful old growth tree farm, 30 minutes north of Milwaukee. It’s just far enough to connect with nature and see the stars, but close enough to everything you love about Wisconsin.

In The Summer Months
This property has up north feels. It is surrounded by 60 foot pines and around the corner from pristine nature preserves and bike trails. We are just a few miles down the road from Lake Michigan, the beach, and the harbor town of Port Washington where you can rent a fishing boat or surf the waves on a windy day. You can also golf at the many nearby world class clubs.  We are next to the beautiful town of Cedarburg that is a destination in itself. It is a lovely collection of old stone shops and restaurants on the river that will enchant with live music and popular festivals all year long. In our gardens you will find a medley of flowers and vegetables and often a chicken or two.

In The Winter Months

Winter here is a magical wonderland. Enjoy our 3 wood burning fireplaces and bring your snowmobile, sleds, skies and warm mittens. We are very close to Sunburst ski and tubing hill. There are winter celebrations all around the area and on select friday nights until Christmas, where they line the streets with lanterns and welcome all to Santa’s workshop. The January winter festival with ice skating on the river, and bed sled races is not to be missed.

Come, wander the forest, explore the barns, the log cabin, and play in the wildflower field. Everyone is welcome here.
